I note your request for information was as follows:

1. How many staff have reported an absence of stress illness in the years 2011 - 2012, 2012 - 2013? Please provide information for current DBS organisation and for the previous incarnations as CRB and ISA? In the case of CRB and ISA please break these figures down separately.

2. How many instances of stress illness were reported in the years 2011-2012, 2012-2013 for current DBS organisation and for the previous incarnations as CRB and ISA? In the case of CRB and ISA please break these figures down separately.

3. How many days were lost due to stress illness absence in the years 2011-2012, 2012-2013 for current DBS organisation and for the previous incarnations as CRB and ISA? In the case of CRB and ISA please break these figures down separately.

4. How many stress risk assessments were carried out in the years 2011-2012, 2012-2013 for current DBS organisation and for the previous incarnations as CRB and ISA? In the case of CRB and ISA please break these figures down separately.

5. How many absences (instances) where specifically identified as work related stress in the years 2011-2012, 2012-2013 for current DBS organisation and for the previous incarnations as CRB and ISA? In the case of CRB and ISA please break these figures down separately.

6. How many applications have been made to the Civil Service Injuries Compensation Scheme by DBS/CRB/ISA staff, in respect of stress illness, in the years 2011-2012, 2012-2013?

7. In relation to the previous question; how many, if any, of these applications resulted in the absence being classed as a work injury?
