The Secretary of State, under section 47(6) of the Building Act 1984, has approved public liability and professional indemnity insurance schemes offered by Howden Insurance Brokers Limited. The approval takes effect on 1 March 2014 and will continue in effect until withdrawn by the Secretary of State.
The department has also published a divisional circular Letter informing building control bodies of this Notice of Approval.
