Form: Winter Fuel Payment claim form for past winters

Winters from 1997 to 2000 only

You may be able to get a Winter Fuel Payment for past winters 1997 to 1998, 1998 to 1999 and 1999 to 2000 if you were aged 60 or over in the qualifying week for those years and were living in Great Britain or Northern Ireland.

The qualifying weeks were 5 to 11 January 1998, 9 to 15 November 1998 and 20 to 26 September 1999.

Use this form to make a late claim for those winters. You can’t make a late claim for winters from 2000 to 2001 onwards.
