This open general trade control licence (OGTCL) allows, subject to certain conditions, the transfer to and from specified countries of small arms and light weapons.
This revised OGTCL came into force on 22 January 2014. All previous licences are revoked.
You will need to state the exact name of the licence or the SPIRE reference on any supporting documentation given to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
