This open general export licence (OGEL) allows, subject to certain conditions, vintage aircraft manufactured 50 years or more before the export date, to be exported to European Union countries for no more than 3 months.
This revised OGEL came into force on 6 January 2014. All previous licences are revoked.
You will need to state the exact name of the licence or the SPIRE reference on any supporting documentation given to HMRC.
