This open general export licence (OGEL) allows, subject to certain conditions, export of technology for military goods. For example, the information needed for the development and production of goods such as:
- blueprints
- plans
- diagrams
- models
- formulae
- tables
- designs
- specifications
- manuals
- instructions
This revised OGEL comes into force on 6 January 2014. All previous licences are revoked.
You will need to state the exact name of the licence or the SPIRE reference on any supporting documentation given to HMRC.
