Seventh statement of new regulation

The seventh statement of new regulation contains a list of all Department for Transport’s regulatory measures that are in scope of one-in, two-out and are due to be introduced between January to June 2014.

This statement also includes all Red Tape Challenge and EU measures that regulate or deregulate, expected to come in over the same period.

Sixth statement of new regulation

The sixth statement of new regulation contains all regulatory measures the Department for Transport intends to implement during the operating period of the Sixth Statement of New Regulation (SNR6) (July to December 2013). A measure is included in SNR6 if it is in scope of one-in, two-out, a Red Tape Challenge measure or if the measure is of EU origin.

In total Department for Transport intends to implement 33 measures over the next 6 months, 12 of which are in scope of one-in, two-out. The measures in scope will reduce the net burden on business in the UK by £0.8 million.

Fifth statement of new regulation

The fifth statement of new regulation contains a list of all Department for Transport’s regulatory measures that are in scope of one-in, two-out and are due to be introduced between January to June 2013. For the first time this statement also includes all Red Tape Challenge and EU measures requiring UK legislation, expected to come in over the same period.

Fourth statement of new regulation

The fourth statement of new regulation provides a picture of domestic regulatory measures that have been introduced or are due to be introduced between July and December 2012 that are in scope of one-in, one-out.

Third statement of new regulation

The third statement of new regulation provides a picture of domestic regulatory measures that have been introduced or are due to be introduced between January and June 2012 that are in scope of one-in, one-out.

Second statement of new regulation

The second statement of new regulation provides a picture of domestic regulatory measures that have been introduced or are due to be introduced between July and December 2011 that are in scope of one-in, one-out.
