I would like to make a Freedom of Information Act Request for the following information for each month during the period from 1 January 2012 to 30 June 2013:
1 How many CRB/ECRB disclosures were disputed in each month?
2 Of those disputed disclosures, in how many each month did the police make a statement (in the AT3 form or elsewhere) that ‘there is no evidence that the incident did not take place’ or similar wording
3 Of those disputed disclosures, how many each month were referred to the Independent Monitor?
4 Of those referrals to the Independent Monitor, for how many (in each month) did the Independent Monitor uphold the disclosure decision made by the police?
5 By inference, can it be assumed that the remainder of the disclosure decisions were challenged by the Independent Monitor? If so, can the reasons for the challenge be summarised?
